AssetShift is designed for buyers, sellers, and logistics teams – whether you operate as a business or as an individual. To keep the environment safe and productive for everyone, all users must follow these rules.
What you may not do
- Bypass or attempt to bypass identity or business verification.
- Share login credentials or access with unauthorised parties.
- Use AssetShift to market or sell prohibited inventory.
- Send spam, scams, or unrelated marketing through chat.
- Arrange or request off-platform payments for AssetShift deals.
- Upload malware or try to interfere with the platform.
Communication rules
- Keep all deal-related communication inside AssetShift.
- Do not share email addresses, phone numbers, or payment links in chat.
- Stay professional; no harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
- Use AI summaries as guidance only; you remain responsible for final terms.
Enforcement
- We may pause or close accounts that repeatedly break these rules.
- We may limit features (e.g. messaging or listing creation) where risk is detected.
- Serious abuse may be referred to carriers, partners, or regulators where required.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Prohibited Items Policy. Using AssetShift means you agree to all of them.
