How do I verify my ID?
Go to Verify ID, upload a government-issued ID, and submit. We review within 24 hours.
Why is it still asking me to verify?
Once your ID is approved, the badge will show 'Completed Verification'. If you still see prompts, sign out and back in.

How to contact sellers?
Open a listing on Buyers and use the contact options. Verified users see full contact details.
Can I make offers?
Yes, on supported listings you can make offers or proceed to checkout when enabled.
Freight & Shipping
Get freight quotes
Visit Freight Quotes and provide pickup, drop-off, and load details. You'll see carriers and pricing.
Transit time estimates
Each quote shows an estimated transit time and validity window.
Payments & Invoices
How do I pay?
When a transaction is created, you'll be guided to Payment. Invoices are available on the Invoices page.
Refunds & disputes
Contact support via Contact with your invoice or transaction ID for help.
